Construction Timeline
The construction of Fabeno Residence began in February 2025, with the completion and handover of keys scheduled for autumn 2026. This timeline ensures not only a high-quality build but also a timely delivery for future residents.

A Modern Neighborhood and Prime Location
Property will be transferred to the buyer with the following equipment:
Fiber optic internet connection will be provided to the building.
Payment for the purchase of real estate, including the division into individual premises, is made in tranches.
The buyer pays the first tranche of 35% of the investment value within 14 days of signing the notarial contract.
The second tranche in the amount of 35% of the investment value is payable upon completion of the framework construction stage specified in the contract.
The third payment of 25% of the price is made when the keys to the finished apartment are handed over.
The remaining 5% is paid by the buyer after the investment is completed and the certificate is handed over.
The agency’s commission is 2% of the real estate sale price and covers all costs related to handling the real estate purchase process, including; notarial fees (notary tax, purchase tax, stamps), sworn translation into English and all activities necessary to finalize the sales contract.
Apart from the price of the property and the value of the commission, the buyer does not incur any additional costs. The agency commission is payable upon signing the reservation contract.
For our clients, it is possible to purchase a parking space in the building’s garage. There is a maximum of one parking space for each apartment.
